We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We are refusing all other clients by reserving your spot. Pre-booking clients are allowed 1 cancellation within a 3-month period. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments on Saturdays and holiday weekends will not be honored. Holiday weekends are defined as both Friday and Saturday. The client is responsible for full payment of missed appointments. No future appointments will be allowed until payment has been rendered. If a gift certificate was going to be used for that appointment that certificate will be forfeited. If we feel that you are scheduling appointments with the intention to cancel, we reserve the right to request prepayment that is nonrefundable.  We understand that situations beyond anyone's control do arise and it is understandable. However, please respectfully keep scheduled appointments as continually rescheduling effects business- the massage therapist. The purpose of Hands Of Silk Massage is to have a relaxed environment.
