Our Full Spectrum heater system delivers over 25 times the power over a standard sauna (500 watts per heater versus the standard maximum 40 watt near infrared emitter) to provide you the best sauna experience.
Red Light Therapy
As a Bonus we have also incorporated Red light therapy into our sessions. With red light therapy, you expose your skin to a laser with red light. It's important to remember that red light therapy employs low level laser lights, unlike the infrared sauna which employs heat.
Benefits to red-light therapy
Red-light therapy works by acting on the “power plant” in your body’s cells called mitochondria. With more energy, other cells can do their work more efficiently, such as repairing skin, boosting new cell growth and enhancing skin rejuvenation. More specifically, certain cells absorb light wavelengths and are stimulated to work. Red-light therapy increases fibroblast production which stimulates collagen production. Collagen gives skin its structure, strength and elasticity. Red-light therapy also increases blood circulation to the tissue and reduces inflammation in the cells.
